Friendly staff near the airport
The location of Harris Hotel Kuta Tuban is perfect for travelers, just a quick 10-minute walk from the airport. I appreciated the polite and professional team, who made my stay comfortable. The small pool area was refreshing, making it nice for a quick dip after a long journey. WiFi was free and reliable, helping me stay connected without hassle.
However, the breakfast was a bit underwhelming, with many Asian options that didn't cater to all tastes. The room cleanliness was not up to par as I encountered a few mosquitoes upon arrival. Additionally, there was a lack of clear information regarding the airport shuttle timing, which added a bit of confusion to my arrival experience.

The air conditioning could use an upgrade for better efficiency!!! Noise levels from outside can really disrupt your relaxation time, especially during the afternoon rest hours.

Room was cozy with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and minibar. Lots of amenities like free toiletries, hairdryer, and body soap. Comfortable bed and feather pillows. Nice private bathroom and towels provided. Amazing spa facilities too. Excellent location with a free shuttle to the airport, which is super handy. Breakfast variety was wide and filling.
